PPC Worldwide and OptumHealth confirm merger
OptumHealth Inc., a UnitedHealth Group company, (NYSE: UNH), announced today that it has acquired leading global Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider PPC Worldwide. Effective immediately PPC Worldwide will be joining forces with OptumHealth Behavioural Solutions, one of the largest behavioural health care organisations in the United States, serving more than 40 million members.
