19.08.2009 Coaching, Training & Development from Workforce Wellness
Workforce Wellness has enhanced its range of innovative service offerings by the introduction of:
Coaching, Training and Development.
These highly recommended services provide focused, performance oriebted training modules to keep staff and organisations healthier, happier and at peak performance. The training delivered is based on precise client needs; tracking the outcome and demonstrating the benefits.
All trainers and facilitators used are practicing professionals in their chosen areas with authoritative knowledge and first-hand experience of their subject matter. They will speak the language of their audience and be able to relate the topic to delegates' experience. This ensures credibility, integrity and reliability as well as consistently high quality in terms of content and delivery. Workforce Wellness aims to ensure that all of the events are informative and engaging and above all of practical use to attendees. To also ensure that your needs are fully met Workforce Wellness can arrange for you to discuss them with the trainer prior to delivery of the training.
Such training services are normally presented in a workshop format involving a high degree of interaction and group work between 10 and 25 participants (smaller group by arrangement). Some titles can also be delivered in a seminar format; up to 200 attendees, still highly participative but without group work.
Workforce Wellness can arrange assistance in preparing your annual training calendar so that you can use your budget more effectively. Discounts are available when several days are booked in advance hich means you can block-book and use the days as required throughout the year. Furthermore, though Workforce Wellness are able to arrange training at short notice, it is recommended that you allow a minimum lead time of 4 weeks when arranging your event. Longer-term planning tends to ensure better attendance and allows time for preparation.
