Brian has had a long and successful career within the health, wellbeing and employee benefits market starting out back in 1993 with Health Cash Plans. Initially working for the likes of Mercia Health Benefits (later acquired by BUPA in 1998 and now trading as BUPA Cash) and then the Birmingham Hospital Saturday Fund (BHSF), Brian has subsequently gained a wealth of experience coupled with invaluable industry knowledge.  Equally he has supported and worked with many intermediaries, brokers and resellers throughout his career and thereby has an excellent understanding and appreciation for the importance of the intermediary proposition.

 

Indeed from 2005 his career path saw him taking up the intermediary role firsthand, as well as progressing heavily into EAP, counselling and related services.  Initially through management consultancy to then heading up wellbeing services for HML, a Coventry based brokerage.

 

Although holding various key and managerial positions over the years, the platform for Brian’s professional career has always been underlined by business-to-business sales and sales management.  In May 2002 he was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
